Suarez Home Repair ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through suarezhomerepair.com (the "Site") and in the course of providing home repair and remodeling services, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

  • Project details: descriptions of the work you need, photos you send us, measurements, preferred timing, and budget information you choose to share.
  • Communications: the content of emails, text messages, voicemails, contact form submissions, and messages sent through social media.
  • Payment information: billing name and address. Card and bank account numbers are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processors — we do not receive or store your full card or account numbers.

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: small files placed on your device to keep the Site working properly and to help us understand how it is used.

By providing your phone number to Suarez Home Repair — through our contact form, by phone, by email, or in person — you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS/MMS) regarding your quote request, appointment scheduling, project updates, and invoices. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and your interactions with us.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in. To rejoin, reply START or contact us.

No sharing of SMS consent. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are shared only with the messaging service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use the information for any other purpose.

You may also ask us to stop calling or texting at any time by telling us directly by phone or email.

4. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. These may include:

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. When you pay online, your payment information is submitted directly to the processor and is subject to that processor's privacy policy and security practices. We receive confirmation of payment status, the amount, and limited details such as the last four digits of the card — never the full card number.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, honor warranties, and meet our legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations. Project records are typically retained for several years after completion. When information is no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including a secure (HTTPS) website connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information such as full account numbers or Social Security numbers by email or text.

You may at any time:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
  • Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep;
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or of text messages by replying STOP;
  • Ask us not to photograph your project or not to use project photos in our marketing.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
